Our client, a leading IT solutions and services organization in the Eastern Mediterranean region with offices in Cyprus and Greece is seeking a Business Analyst.You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in business analysis and quality assurance by participating in large-scale implementation projects with your assigned team, under the guidance and coaching of your team leader and the company’s software architects.Benefits<ul><li>A competitive remuneration package including provident fund, life and medical insurance will be offered to the successful candidate, suited to and based on qualifications and experience</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Sports benefit wellness solution</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Medical and life scheme</li><li>Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Fridays 8am-2pm</li><li>This role requires on-site presence for the first three month and after this period, the position will shift to a hybrid work model</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyse and validate requirements from stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts</li><li>Ensure clean and accurate documentation of business requirements, client requirements, technical specifications and perform user trainings</li><li>&nbsp;Identify opportunities for automation of data management processes and lead initiatives to implement automation</li><li>Carry out routine testing of software implementation and quality assurance</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>University graduate in an Information Technology related field</li><li>At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst for software projects</li><li>Exposure to manual and automated testing methods and the full product development cycle from requirements through post-release</li><li>Relevant technical experience of data processing and data design</li><li>Knowledge of application delivery process and business assessment</li><li>Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira,&nbsp;Bugzilla)</li><li>Knowledge of system testing tools</li><li>Previous experience in public sector projects will be considered as an advantage</li><li>ISTQB certification or any similar testing certification will be considered an advantage</li><li>Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Ability to visualise client requirements and process flows into a software</li><li>Strong communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management</li><li>Ability to manage risks and challenges</li><li>Ability to work closely with development teams</li><li>Strong numeric skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong problem-solving and task management skills</li></ul>HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested, click <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://work-channel.com/job_positions/business-analyst-in-nicosia/">HERE&nbsp;</a>&nbsp;Note: Thank you for taking the time to apply.
