Our expanding EU Projects Division plays a pivotal role in shaping Europe’s secure digital future.&nbsp;As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Limassol and actively support and manage our EU-funded projects, while leveraging strong knowledge in IT or cybersecurity.&nbsp;The PositionThe successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be responsible to:<ul><li>Coordinate and manage the company’s participation in EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, CEF, etc.)</li><li>Monitor project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and reporting obligations in accordance with EU guidelines</li><li>Liaise with consortium partners, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Participate in technical tasks and work packages, particularly in areas related to IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital resilience, SOC/CTI operations, AI systems, or related technologies</li><li>Assist in the preparation of deliverables, presentations, documentation, timesheets, and financial reports</li><li>Support proposal writing for new EU calls and contribute to drafting technical sections of proposals</li><li>Represent Bolton Technologies in project meetings, workshops, conferences, and consortium events</li><li>Ensure high-quality project outputs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and regulatory compliance standards (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, etc.)</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;The RequirementsThe successful candidate should meet the following requirements:<ul><li>A degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience in EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, Interreg, etc.) will be considered a significant advantage</li><li>Strong understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity concepts, networks, cloud technologies, or digital resilience frameworks</li><li>Experience in drafting or contributing to technical documentation, project deliverables, or proposals</li><li>Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Professional discipline, team spirit, and willingness to assume responsibility</li><li>Certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2), cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) or cloud/IT fields will be considered an advantage</li></ul>BenefitsAn attractive package including 13th salary, continuous education and professional development will be offered to the successful candidate in line with experience and qualifications.&nbsp;We are looking forward to receiving your application by email at <a href="mailto:hr@bts.com.cy">hr@bts.com.cy</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence
