Sales Associate vacancy in Lovisa My Mall&nbsp;JOB PURPOSE:The Sales Associate is responsible for providing customer service on the shop floor, addressing customer needs promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels and achieve optimal sales outcomes.&nbsp;&nbsp;JOB DESCRIPTION:<ul><li>Greet customers, offer assistance promptly, and serve them to ensure their needs are met in compliance with quality and customer service standards.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by engaging in up-selling, cross selling, suggesting alternatives, and promptly following up on customers' requests.</li><li>Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process for items/shipments, maintaining accurate stock keeping preventing security risks and thefts. Conduct physical and electronic inventory as needed, promptly report broken alarms, incidents, and suspicious activities.</li><li>Arrange and replenish shop shelves continuously, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and shelves at all times to maintain the brand's image and coordination standards.</li><li>Handle cash registers and customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.</li><li>Process customer orders from placement to driver handover, coordinating with internal teams, including the warehouse, to resolve order-related issues and optimize order flow when applicable.</li></ul>&nbsp;SKILLS:<ul><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li></ul>&nbsp;EDUCATION:<ul><li>Highschool Degree</li></ul>&nbsp;EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>&nbsp;Zero to one year of experience in a similar role.</li></ul>&nbsp;Email: <a href="mailto:Ibrahim.mamdoh94@gmail.com">Ibrahim.mamdoh94@gmail.com</a>
