We are looking for a highly driven Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily performance of our call center, consisting of 70 sales agents. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on operational excellence, ensuring that productivity, conversion rates, compliance, and customer experience consistently meet or exceed targets. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to scale people, processes, and performance.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;Call center Performance and Productivity<ul><li>Own and manage daily sales operations for a 70-seat call center.</li><li>Monitor agent KPIs: calls per hour, talk time, lead connection rate, conversion rate, and revenue per agent.</li><li>Optimize performance through coaching sessions, performance improvement plans, and workflow adjustments.</li><li>Ensure consistent staffing, forecasting, and schedule adherence.</li></ul>Sales Strategy Execution<ul><li>Translate company sales targets into actionable call center KPIs.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales Leadership to design and implement sales playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling guidelines.</li><li>Oversee lead routing processes and ensure agents are working the highest-value opportunities.</li></ul>CRM &amp; Process Optimization<ul><li>Manage CRM usage (ZOHO) to ensure accurate reporting and data entry.</li><li>Identify workflow gaps and implement automation to improve agent efficiency.</li></ul>Training and People Management<ul><li>Lead and mentor team leaders and agents.</li><li>Foster a high-performance, positive culture with clear expectations and accountability.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management.</li><li>Analyze data trends to identify issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Generate models for agent productivity, staffing, and revenue.</li><li>Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory, compliance and internal quality standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>4–7+ years’ experience in sales operations, call center management, or similar environment.</li><li>Proven leadership managing 30+ agents; 50+ preferred.</li><li>Strong experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.</li><li>Track record of improving call center performance through structured processes.</li><li>Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical ability.</li><li>Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational abilities.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and operational planning skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proactive, organized, and highly accountable.</li><li>Comfortable with rapid growth environments and process building.</li><li>Passion for developing people and driving measurable results.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + Commission.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling organization.</li><li>Supportive leadership and a high-performance environment.</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li></ul>How to Apply:If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you!
