We are dedicated to achieving the best possible result, and no one thinks he doesn’t make a change.If you feel like you’re a good fit for us and we are a good fit for you, go ahead and check this position out.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process and manage all outgoing payments, ensuring&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;disbursements; </li><li>Verify payment requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies; </li><li>Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs; </li><li>Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy; </li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records; </li><li>Liaise with banks and financial institutions for transactions and inquiries; </li><li>Participation in monthly closing; </li><li>Provide sufficient analytical support for financial and controlling processes; </li><li>Ad-hoc reports; </li><li>Communication with internal and external auditors; </li><li>Search for&nbsp;new ideas&nbsp;and tools, as well as optimization of the processes.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and Treasury/Payments processing, payment service providers, and/or fintech companies; </li><li>Understanding the general parameters of the primary payment parameters: SEPA/ SWIFT transfers, etc.; </li><li>Experience in the Big 4 (financial sector) will be an advantage; </li><li>Exposure to payment regulatory frameworks; </li><li>Good project management skills; </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills: Relationship management and a good team player; </li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on execution; </li><li>Analytical skills; </li><li>Ability to solve problems; </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must; </li><li>Fluency in Russian and English is required; other languages are considered an advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Conditions:<ul><li>Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol with Team of open-mind people;</li><li>VISA sponsorship for employee and family members;&nbsp; </li><li>The Company cover 30% of annual cost of Healthy Plan, which employee will decide to set up with any Insurance Company;</li><li>21 working days of paid vacation;</li><li>An additional 12 days off per year instead of public holidays.
