&nbsp;The Leptos Group has been a leading force in the Cyprus economy for 65 years.&nbsp;Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development, construction, hotels, property management, travel, insurance brokerage, healthcare and education.Leptos Estates, Leading Property Developers,&nbsp;is seeking to recruit for its head office in Paphos, a:SENIOR ARCHITECTTo be based at its Pafos officeScope and general purpose:Under the general guidance of the Management, operating within the company’s policies, regulations and procedures, the Senior Architect will be responsible for Large - Mixed Use Projects&nbsp;of the Leptos Group.&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Prepare the necessary architectural studies and designs</li><li>Be a team leader and member, able to coordinate and guide a team of professionals, designers and engineers</li><li>Supervise the progress of works, ensuring the conformity with the agreed budget, quality, specifications and time constraints</li><li>Resolve any problems and issues that arise during design development and construction</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>University Degree in Architecture</li><li>Minimum ten years of experience in designing, supervision and construction&nbsp;of high end large residential and/or hotel and/or mixed-use projects</li><li>Good knowledge of local codes and town planning regulations</li><li>Proficient in Autocad, Revit&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a team and to be an efficient and inspiring team leader</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Fluency in the Greek and English languages&nbsp;</li><li>Able to resolve complex issues&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Salary and benefits:<ul><li>Remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>&nbsp;Curriculum Vitae&nbsp;and PortfolioApply to:&nbsp;Human Resources DepartmentEmail:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vacancies@leptosestates.com">vacancies@leptosestates.com</a>&nbsp;All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence&nbsp;&nbsp;
