You will work side-by-side with our clients and colleagues through every phase of their transformation journey, driving change that delivers lasting value. With a diverse portfolio of clients, every project is an opportunity to bring creativity, intellectual rigour, and your unique perspective to the table.&nbsp;In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:<ul><li>Deliver technology advisory, solution design, and implementation services focused on SAP products for clients in the Middle East region and Cyprus</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business strategies into SAP-enabled technology solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems</li><li>Lead the design and delivery of SAP-based digital transformation programs, driving client adoption and optimizing technology investments</li><li>Configure SAP modules to meet business requirements</li><li>Oversee client projects, manage engagement scope, team members, financials, and delivery of high-quality SAP solutions</li><li>Understanding the client’s strategy and objectives, working closely with stakeholder teams to define, analyse, and implement the target SAP architecture for the project</li><li>Leading the delivery of SAP projects by managing client relationships, defining scope and engagement plans, managing team members and project finances, and ensuring high-quality deliverables</li><li>Advising clients on optimising their SAP investments and leading change management within SAP transformation programmes, ensuring sustainable adoption of new SAP technologies</li><li>Monitoring project progress, managing resources, and implementing corrective actions as required</li><li>Ensuring the quality of project execution and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Lead</li><li>Foster and grow the Middle East SAP client portfolio and strengthen cross-office relationships through regular travel and collaboration</li><li>Supporting business growth through contributions to proposals, training, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities</li><li>Working within and managing diverse teams in an inclusive culture where contributions are recognised and valued</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any other related field.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and verbal</li><li>2+ years of experience working with SAP systems in consulting or enterprise environments</li><li>SAP Professional certification in one or more modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Material Management, Sales and Distribution or other relevant modules)</li><li>Proven experience working across full SAP project lifecycles, including scoping and analysis, technical implementation, solution design, testing, and post go-live support</li><li>Proven experience in SAP implementation and integration with other enterprise platforms.</li><li>Project management experience in leading SAP implementations or upgrades.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches, aligned with SAP best practices</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and other SAP modules</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills tailored to SAP environments</li><li>Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Middle Eastern markets</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, including experience working directly with senior client teams</li></ul>Set yourself apart:<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic (verbal)</li><li>Experience with large-scale SAP integration projects spanning multiple business units and geographies</li><li>Multiple SAP certifications or specialization in niche SAP modules (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud)</li><li>Track record of delivering SAP solutions for banking or financial sector clients in the Middle East</li><li>Expertise in SAP migration, cloud adoption, or hybrid integration strategies</li><li>Strong advocacy for technology best practices and user-focused solution adoption</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Medical coverage and life insurance</li><li>Continuous professional development and accelerated career growth</li><li>Global mobility opportunities and international experience</li><li>Flexible Working<ul><li>Flexible hours and hybrid working (adapted to team-specific operational requirements)</li><li>Friday afternoon off throughout the year</li><li>34-hour week between July-September, including 2 afternoons off on Wednesday and Friday</li><li>Public Holidays falling on weekends given as paid Wellbeing Day off on the Friday before</li><li>Dress for your day</li><li>Special types of leave</li></ul></li><li>Physical &amp;
