CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Audit &amp; Accounting services to a diverse portfolio of predominantly international clients, we are seeking to recruit an Auditor to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As an Auditor, you will perform audit engagements, prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and prepare tax computations and tax returns. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess 2+ years of proven experience in the Audit field. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and hold sound knowledge of Caseware International software, as well as MS Office applications. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including a 13th Salary. Working hours are from 09:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 09:00 – 14:00 each Friday, with some flexibility.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Perform audit engagements.</li><li>Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRSs.</li><li>Preparation of tax computations and tax returns.</li><li>Submission of all returns to relevant authorities.</li><li>Assisting in compliance procedures with reporting requirements.</li><li>Assisting with the preparation of VAT and VIES returns where applicable.</li><li>Process payroll and ensure timely compliance.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>An academic background related to Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar is desirable.</li><li>Holders of, or those working towards any professional accounting qualification are welcome to apply.</li><li>2+ years of experience in Audit is essential.</li><li>Proficient with CaseWare International software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English; with any knowledge of Russian considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Attractive salary based on skills and experience.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Friday afternoon’s off.</li><li>Flexible working hours Monday – Thursday.</li></ul> &nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the refence number ERG8609.
