This role&nbsp;is&nbsp;pivotal&nbsp;in&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;day-to-day operations&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;department,&nbsp;with&nbsp;a&nbsp;focus&nbsp;towards&nbsp;investigating&nbsp;and&nbsp;resolving&nbsp;of&nbsp;complaints,&nbsp;scrutinizing&nbsp;and&nbsp;approving&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;content,&nbsp;GDPR&nbsp;requests&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;ongoing&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;reporting.&nbsp;The&nbsp;successful&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;must&nbsp;also&nbsp;be&nbsp;prepared&nbsp;to&nbsp;tackle&nbsp;ad-hoc&nbsp;tasks&nbsp;that&nbsp;arise&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;department.&nbsp;Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Handling of Complaints: Thoroughly investigate complaints logged by the support department, employing meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to resolution. When deemed necessary, serve as the point of contact with dispute intermediaries, ensuring a seamless and fair dispute resolution process that upholds customer satisfaction and compliance standards.</li><li>Query Handling: Promptly and efficiently address inquiries received through the Compliance mail-box and project boards, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.</li><li>GDPR Compliance: Support the team in gathering and organizing data requests pertaining to GDPR across all jurisdictions, meticulously adhering to data protection regulations and privacy standards.</li><li>Internal Reporting: Compile comprehensive and insightful monthly reports summarizing compliance activities, offering valuable data-driven insights to aid the Compliance team's decision-making processes.</li><li>Regulatory Reporting: Collaborate closely with internal departments to compile and deliver accurate and comprehensive data reports to regulatory authorities in licensed jurisdictions, ensuring strict adherence to specified deadlines.</li><li>Marketing Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance assessments on marketing through several mediums (website, social media, streaming platforms, bespoke marketing campaigns), SEO content to guarantee alignment with established standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to our commitment to compliance.</li><li>Documentation Management: Maintain and update company manuals and documents that pertain to compliance procedures and protocols, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively engage in collaborative efforts with diverse internal departments to efficiently execute tasks and projects within specified time frames. Foster open communication and cooperation to achieve collective goals.</li><li>Due/Enhanced Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ/EDD): Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely completion of Due/Enhanced Diligence questionnaires required by Banks, Game Providers, and Payment Providers.
