About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide ticket-based customer support only (no phone support). The role includes a structured onboarding process designed to help you gain a strong understanding of our two telecom-related products.Customer support will focus on: &nbsp; &nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;eSIM technology, including activation, usage, and troubleshooting &nbsp; &nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;An Android mobile application, assisting users with setup, functionality, and common issuesYou will be responsible for delivering clear, accurate, and professional written responses, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support.
