Iacovou Group, one of the most reputable and established Construction Groups in Cyprus and abroad, seeks to recruit an experienced and high‑caliber professional for the position of Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of both traditional and digital marketing, with a passion for the construction and infrastructure sector. This role is focused on strengthening brand awareness, corporate reputation, and customer relations. He/She will lead and execute strategic marketing and communications initiatives that showcase our projects, people, and values across digital and offline channels, ensuring a consistent brand presence for the Group.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement brand and communications strategies aligned with group goals and project timelines.</li><li>Manage and safeguard the Group’s brand identity across all platforms, including print, digital, on‑site signage, and corporate collateral.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and deliver awareness campaigns for projects, milestones, tenders, corporate announcements, CSR initiatives, and public relations efforts.</li><li>Oversee digital presence: social media channels, website updates, newsletters, and corporate storytelling.</li><li>Coordinate content creation (copy, visuals, photography, video) from sites and events; ensure technical accuracy and strong narrative.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and HSE teams to translate technical work into engaging communications.</li><li>Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, printers, media outlets, and suppliers.</li><li>Support corporate events, exhibitions, awards submissions, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.</li><li>Monitor market and industry trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback to inform strategy.</li><li>Track, analyse, and report marketing and engagement performance, proposing improvements where needed.</li><li>Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines and approval processes.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in marketing/communications, preferably in construction, engineering, real estate, or B2B sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management, SEO/SEM, analytics).
