MS Electronics is a market leader in the distribution of technology products in Cyprus. Supplying 800+ resellers and professionals with over 6500 technology products, we are expanding rapidly and looking for new members to join our team&nbsp;This position is for a talented, experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager that will support the company’s expansion. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing purchasing processes. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in wholesale distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, the ability to analyse market trends, and an eye for identifying new brand opportunities, along with organizing the promotional activity for the brands in our portfolio.&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock</li><li>Purchase Orders: Create, submit, and track purchase orders to ensure timely product availability</li><li>Brand Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing brands, ensuring optimal product performance and alignment with company goals</li><li>New Brand Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new brands that align with our company’s values and customer needs</li><li>Supplier Relations: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and strong partnerships</li><li>Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and consumer preferences to make informed purchasing decisions</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align purchasing strategies with business goals</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Generate reports on purchasing activities, vendor performance, and inventory metrics to support strategic decision-making</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills and Knowledge<ul><li>At least 7 years’ experience in Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or other related field</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship management skills</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions</li><li>Familiarity of working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional organization skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li></ul>&nbsp;Job Information<ul><li>Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8 am to 1 pm</li><li>Salary Range: € 3000 to € 3500 (depending on Skills and Experience)</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Flexibility of working on site and remotely</li><li>Yearly holidays: 22 days</li></ul>
