The Role:We are seeking to recruit a passionate and self-motivated professional for the position of Corporate Administrator in Nicosia for our esteemed client.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing international and local portfolio of offshore clients and day-to-day operations of the clients, including liaison with the clients on daily basis, consulting, execution of various client’s requests.</li><li>Liasing directly with international and local clients and/or international and local other professionals and/or third parties.</li><li>Preparation and issuing various corporate documents (e.g., resolutions, agreements, power of attorneys, corporate registers, corporate certificates, trust deeds letters etc.).</li><li>Reviewing, amending, commenting on various documents subject for execution.</li><li>Arranging for the execution, certification, apostille and legalization of documents.</li><li>Filing/Assisting with the filing of Corporate Documents with the relevant authorities and following up to ensure completion.</li><li>Communicating with other Departments of the Company and/or affiliates and/or associates of the Company in relation to corporate affairs of the Company and/or its clients.</li><li>Providing corporate support to clients either through personal meetings or telephone/conference calls.</li><li>Supporting, providing guidance and assisting the members of the Department and/or other Departments of the Company as applicable.</li><li>Familiar with AML compliance requirements and assisting with the on-boarding process.</li><li>Attending various seminars and/or trainings.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform other related office tasks.&nbsp;Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law or related field.</li><li>No prior experience is required.</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (additional language will be considered an advantage).</li><li>Communications skills, organization skills, analytical skills and critical thinking, commitment to strict deadlines.</li><li>Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.</li><li>Computer literate.</li><li>Highly committed personality and willing to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Organised, focused and diligent, in executing the tasks assigned by the Team Leaders and Managers.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivated and a team player.Benefits:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, including 13th salary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “Dress for Your Day” scheme.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Afternoon off on Fridays.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Up to 2 work from home days per week.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Medical insurance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident fund.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Employee referral scheme.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent opportunities for career development and advancement.&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@fincap.com">hr@fincap.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;All applicants will be treated with strict confidentiality.
