The Cyprus Institute for Emotion-Focused Therapy (CiFT) is seeking a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Founder &amp; Director across clinical, academic, training, and organisational activities.The role involves executive support, coordination of projects and events, research preparation, and professional communication. &nbsp;Beyond managing daily schedules and communications, the role will involve conducting research, coordinating strategic projects, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, enabling the Director to focus on high-level decision-making and other high-level tasks.&nbsp;*No previous experience is required, though relevant experience will be considered an advantage.*Working hours are flexible, provided tasks and responsibilities are completed reliably. The role suits someone responsible, self-organised, and comfortable managing their time.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Manage the Founder &amp; Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements</li><li>Draft, review, and edit professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and training materials</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Handle incoming communications and coordinate appointments and meeting spaces</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times</li></ul>Research &amp; Preparation<ul><li>Conduct background research to support clinical, academic, training, and organisational decision-making</li><li>Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and background materials for meetings and strategic planning</li><li>Gather and organise information from internal teams and external collaborators</li><li>Monitor developments relevant to psychotherapy, training standards, and professional practice</li></ul>Project &amp; Operations Coordination<ul><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects initiated by the Founder &amp; Director</li><li>Coordinate with team members, trainers, collaborators, and partners</li><li>Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress updates</li><li>Follow up on action points from meetings to ensure timely completion</li><li>Support smooth day-to-day operations of the institute</li></ul>Meetings, Training &amp; Event Management<ul><li>Organise meetings, trainings, workshops, and professional events (in-person &amp; online)</li><li>Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations</li><li>Record and distribute minutes and follow-up actions when required</li><li>Coordinate logistics for events, site visits, and professional engagements</li></ul>Communication &amp; Stakeholder Liaison<ul><li>Maintain professional communication with clinicians, trainees, students, and collaborators</li><li>Support coordination with universities, professional bodies, and international partners</li><li>Assist with digital communication and social media coordination</li></ul>
