Business Development Executive (Remote)EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-timeINDUSTRY: Information Technology&nbsp;Cronje &amp; Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of its client, a leading provider of IT Networking Solutions, is seeking to recruit a proactive, motivated, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join its expanding team.&nbsp;This is a fully remote position, with the requirement to attend a weekly management meeting at the company’s offices in Paralimni.&nbsp;The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s client base through strategic networking, relationship management, and the development of long-term partnerships. The role will primarily cover the Larnaca and Limassol areas, focusing on identifying new business opportunities while strengthening and maintaining existing client relationships. Responsibilities<ul><li>Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, and market research</li><li>Building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders</li><li>Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and professional networking functions</li><li>Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share</li><li>Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and successful project delivery</li><li>Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals</li><li>Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on sales performance, targets, and pipeline progress</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of two years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT industry</li><li>Strong networking, relationship-building, and client management skills</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong computer literacy</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus</li></ul>&nbsp;RemunerationAn attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, based on qualifications and experience, including:<ul><li>Annual gross base salary in the range of €26,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus, with total on-target earnings of up to approximately €50,000 per annum</li><li>Provident Fund with a 5% employer contribution, applicable after the successful completion of the six-month probation period</li><li>Continuous training and professional development opportunities</li><li>A supportive, dynamic, and friendly working environment&nbsp;</li></ul>Applications:All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
