CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding importer and distributor of Electric Cars, Electric Scooters, and battery charging systems, we are seeking to recruit an Automotive Sales Consultant to join their newly established team based in Nicosia. Reporting to the Automotive Sales Manager, you will guide buyers through the sales process, showcasing product features, and ultimately closing deals to meet revenue targets. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, who are familiar with both EV and fuel-powered vehicles. You will need to be a fantastic communicator, with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, along with a highly competitive commission structure. &nbsp;&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome customers and assess their needs.</li><li>Conduct product walkarounds and demo drives.</li><li>Follow up on leads and maintain engagement.</li><li>Stay informed on product specs (EV range, charging options, engine types, etc.).</li><li>Clearly explain warranty and financing options.</li><li>Work with finance team to close deals.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and trade-in evaluations.</li><li>Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.</li><li>Build a loyal client base through follow-ups and referrals.</li><li>Log activity in the CRM system.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:<ul><li>An academic background relating to Business, Marketing, or similar is desirable, but not essential.</li><li>2+ years in automotive sales is a must.</li><li>Familiarity with electric and fuel-powered vehicles.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8807.
