Maintenance & Technical Support

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform general repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor construction work.</li><li>Carry out routine inspections of facilities to identify issues, hazards, or required maintenance.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management, occupiers, or staff.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment, systems, and structures remain in good working order.</li><li>Assemble, install, or repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required.</li><li>Support upkeep of common areas, including minor landscaping, lighting, and signage repairs.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or electrical issues; escalate more complex problems to specialized technicians or contractors.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and health &amp; safety regulations.</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good condition.</li><li>Record and report completed work, outstanding issues, and supply needs to the supervisor.</li><li>Identify and report on the need for major repairs.</li><li>Support occasional renovation or upgrading projects under the supervision of the Property Manager.</li><li>Provide emergency responses for urgent maintenance issues when required.</li><li>Any other relevant duty as requested by the Company’s Senior Management. &nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Demonstrated work experience as a handyman.</li><li>Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.</li><li>Good understanding or education related to electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.</li><li>Good Greek &amp; English skills.</li><li>Well-organized and apt at problem-solving.</li><li>High school diploma.</li><li>EU driving license required. &nbsp;</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
