We’re moving from a small number of bespoke relationships into global distribution, higher game output, and meaningful revenue growth across worldwide markets.We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Manager, someone who: loves being in the details, enjoys owning partner relationships, can run day-to-day commercial execution, can build processes that scale.This is a doer-leader role for someone who wants to build the function properly, prove the model, and grow the department as the business scales.All you need is:<ul><li>5 years in iGaming / online casino commercial roles;</li><li>Strong experience working with aggregators and operators worldwide;</li><li>Have worked in a scaling business, not just a giant with endless resources;</li><li>Naturally, hands-on, you don’t hide behind decks or titles;</li><li>Commercially sharp and numbers-driven;</li><li>Organised, structured, and brilliant at follow-through;</li><li>Confident chasing partners, pushing for placements, and asking for more;</li><li>Can balance relationships with results;</li><li>Ambitious, but patient enough to build things properly;</li><li>Wants ownership, accountability, and impact;</li><li>Excited by growth, change, and building something meaningful;</li><li>Comfortable working directly with an MD who is heavily involved.</li></ul>Your daily adventures will look like:Partner Management &amp; Growth:<ul><li>Existing operator and aggregator relationships;</li><li>Grow wallet share, visibility, and performance with live partners;</li><li>Be relentless about follow-ups, placements, rotations, and results;</li><li>Act as the commercial point of truth internally and externally.</li></ul>Distribution:<ul><li>Onboard new partners efficiently and cleanly;</li><li>Manage launch pipelines, timelines, and dependencies;</li><li>Ensure games don’t just “go live” they perform;</li><li>Build repeatable onboarding workflows with Platform, Ops, and Compliance;</li><li>Own commercial discussions, onboarding plans, launch strategies, and go-live execution;</li><li>Own post-launch partner performance and commercial optimisation.</li></ul>Promotions, Visibility &amp; Performance:<ul><li>Plan and execute promotional activity (FS campaigns, featured slots, homepage placements, tournaments where relevant);</li><li>Coordinate with partners to maximise:</li><li>Game positioning;</li><li>Launch impact;</li><li>Ongoing visibility;</li><li>Track what works — and double down on results, not noise.</li></ul>Commercial Processes &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Build smart, lightweight commercial processes;</li><li>Create clear workflows for:</li><li>Partner onboarding;</li><li>Launch planning;</li><li>Campaign execution;</li><li>Performance reviews.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like:<ul><li>Existing partners generate more revenue meaningfully;</li><li>Games launch on time, with strong visibility, not quietly buried;</li><li>Aggregator relationships feel tight, proactive, and commercial;</li><li>Promotions are planned, executed, measured, and improved;</li><li>Commercial workflows are clear, repeatable, and scalable.</li></ul>Why you will love working here:<ul><li>A remote-first culture built on trust, flexibility, and respect;</li><li>An ambitious, transparent leadership team that actually listens;</li><li>Plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a big, meaningful impact;</li><li>A product you can influence at the deepest level;</li><li>Competitive salary, holiday, and benefits (tailored depending on location).</li></ul>And this is how the interview process goes:<ul><li>A 30-minute interview with a Recruiter to get to know you and your experience;</li><li>A technical interview to assess your skills and abilities;</li><li>A final 1-hour interview with three team members to gauge your fit with company culture and working style.</li></ul>Sounds interesting?
