Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process and maintain financial logs (invoices, payments, expenses, supplier records).</li><li>Perform data entry and first-level checks.</li><li>Prepare documentation for accountants/auditors.</li><li>Submit and track applications via:<ul><li>Ippodamos</li><li>EOA</li><li>EAC</li><li>Municipalities</li><li>Other government or utility portals.</li></ul></li><li>Maintain filing systems (digital &amp; physical).</li><li>Track deadlines and follow up with authorities and service providers.</li><li>Support bank, audit, and compliance documentation requests.</li><li>Coordinate with Operations and Finance for missing information.</li><li>Maintain master data (vendors, properties, meters, utilities, etc.).</li><li>Undertake any other specific duties as required by the Financial Manager.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar (preferred)</li><li>1–2 years in finance admin, accounting support, or operations administration.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and spoken).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills.</li><li>Great communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commitment to delivering the highest quality with attention to detail.</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at <a href="mailto:careers@phaedrusliving.com">careers@phaedrusliving.com</a> and mention in the subject the reference PAMJFA26.&nbsp;Each application will be treated in the strictest confidence.
