JOB POSITION:&nbsp;ARCHITECT Company: Morphe Architects LLC, member of the Crona Group Location: Head Offices, Agios Athanasios, Limassol&nbsp;Morphe Architects LLC, a leading architectural firm and a member of the Crona Group, is seeking talented and experienced Architects to join our team at our Head Offices in Agios Athanasios, Limassol.&nbsp;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li dir="ltr">Preparation of architectural drawings, including construction details.</li><li dir="ltr">Preparation and submission of drawing packages for the Planning Permit and Building Permits.</li><li dir="ltr">Communication with authorities.</li><li dir="ltr">Application and compliance with Planning Regulations.</li><li dir="ltr">Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored architectural solutions.</li><li dir="ltr">Site supervision and coordination with consultants.</li></ul>&nbsp;REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li dir="ltr">Bachelor’s degree (University/AEI) in Architecture / Architectural Engineering. A Master’s degree will be considered an additional advantage.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Proven professional experience of at least five (5–8) years in a similar role.</li><li dir="ltr">Registration with ETEK.</li><li dir="ltr">Excellent knowledge of planning legislation and licensing procedures.</li><li dir="ltr">Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D design software (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, etc.).</li><li dir="ltr">Excellent command of the Greek language.
