In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support for Apple and Adobe products, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and assisting customers in finding tailored technology solutions. You will also offer first level technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, and deliver demonstrations or training sessions as required. Collaboration with team members to achieve company objectives will also be a key part of daily responsibilities.&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Apple and Adobe products</li><li>Outstanding sales and customer service skills</li><li>Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical support abilities</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site</li><li>Capability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver training to clients</li><li>Previous experience in sales, support, or a related field is highly advantageous</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing sales and support operations</li><li>Performance Bonus per achieving quarterly targets</li><li>Native Greek language is required.</li><li>English Language proficiency is required</li></ul>
