As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities, working closely with the HR Manager and team to deliver high-quality HR services in a people-focused healthcare environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career within a modern, dynamic organization.&nbsp;Job Description:<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the Human Resources department.</li><li>Support the recruitment process, including job analysis, preparation of job descriptions, job advertising, candidate sourcing and interviewing.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and induction processes to ensure a positive and effective integration of new employees into the organization.</li><li>Support offboarding processes and related administrative activities, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.</li><li>Administer employee leave requests, including annual, sick, maternity, and other statutory leave entitlements, in line with company policies and applicable legislation.</li><li>Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.</li><li>Monitor staff schedules and working hours with departmental managers to ensure optimal staffing.</li><li>Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.</li></ul>&nbsp;Person Specification:<ul><li>1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.</li><li>Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proactive, team-oriented, with a passion for learning and professional growth.</li><li>Experience with Exelsys HR software is a plus.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits &amp; Working Hours:<ul><li>Monday to Friday work schedule (five-day week, 40 hours).</li><li>21 days of paid annual leave, plus 3 additional paid sick leave days per year.</li><li>Performance bonus of €100 after completing a satisfactory 6-month probation review.</li><li>Competitive and attractive remuneration package, based on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Opportunities for continuous training and professional development.</li><li>A supportive, collaborative, and people-focused work culture.</li></ul>&nbsp;How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their full CV to <a href="mailto:careers@medihospital.com.cy">careers@medihospital.com.cy</a> or contact us by phone at +357 25 200 116/117.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.&nbsp; Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.&nbsp;
