NALU Hotel in Latsi is seeking a friendly and professional&nbsp;Receptionist&nbsp;to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth experience for guests during their stay.&nbsp;Job Summary:The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with arrivals and departures, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role supports the Head Receptionist and ensures high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Apply arrivals and departures procedures, ensuring guests are checked in and out efficiently.</li><li>Verify daily room allocations and report any pending arrivals or departures to the Head Receptionist.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, facilities, events, and local transport options to assist guests effectively.</li><li>Conduct shift handovers, receiving updates from the previous shift and briefing the next.</li><li>Check and manage the cash float accurately.</li><li>Control reception area lighting and music to create a welcoming environment.</li><li>Report pending repairs or damages to the Head Receptionist and escalate unresolved issues to Maintenance.</li><li>Stay informed about exchange rates, weather forecasts, and availability of brochures and guest information.</li><li>Monitor room availability to sell or upgrade rooms, maximizing average room rates.</li><li>Issue and verify all departure invoices before presenting them to guests.</li><li>Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.</li><li>Maintain both incident and daily logbooks.</li><li>Follow hotel Health &amp; Safety rules and GDPR requirements.</li><li>Adhere to accident reporting procedures for guests and staff.</li><li>Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to Front Office operations.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Pleasant and professional personality.</li><li>Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Diploma from a recognized Hotel School or relevant experience in a similar role.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of front office procedures and hotel operations.</li><li>Commitment to Health &amp; Safety and GDPR compliance.</li></ul>How to Apply:&nbsp;Please submit your resume via <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=02E48877-4869-4FEC-B4E3-DFCAB5481FB1&amp;v=POS555&amp;applynow=true">direct application.</a>
