Duties:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Issuing customer invoices, maintaining accounts and filing records·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparing and executing payments, monitoring bank statements and performing reconciliations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reconciliation of Vendors and clients accounts as well as preparing relevant analysis·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support of monthly payroll procedures, if necessary·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparation and submission of VAT/VIES returns·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintaining necessary records (Fixed Assets, inventory etc.)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assisting with external audit procedures·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing general administrative and office support·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handling incoming and outgoing communication with client and suppliers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintaining electronic filing systems for correspondence with clients and suppliers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carrying out-of-offices tasks (Banks, tax department, municipalities etc)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising with authorities and public services when and if required·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparing professional correspondence for clients and authorities&nbsp;Candidate Profile:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University or College Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or LCCI Level 3·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an accounting role·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with ESoft accounting software will be considered an advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organisational, follow up and tracking skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong time management abilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team&nbsp;What is offered:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive remuneration package based on knowledge and years of experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stable working hours Mon-Fri 09:00 – 17:00·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 24 days annual leave·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Discount card for Limassol Marina venues·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Parking·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supportive working environment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional training to be updated with latest Accounting Standards and Tax changes at all times&nbsp;📧 Interested candidates can send their CV to: <a href="mailto:administration@diamantidesyachting.com">administration@diamantidesyachting.com</a>&nbsp; Subject: Accountant
