We are looking for a&nbsp;Brand &amp; Business Development Executive&nbsp;to oversee &amp; support sales growth, strengthen brand relationships, and drive new business opportunities across our portfolio. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and support&nbsp;sales representative performance&nbsp;in the field to reach KPI's</li><li>Assist with&nbsp;commercial initiatives&nbsp;to increase sell-in, reorders, and new doors</li><li>Actively pursue&nbsp;new leads and business opportunities</li><li>Take over day-to-day&nbsp;communication with selected international brand partners</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;market visits, retail follow-ups, and partner meetings</li><li>Support launches, promotions, and brand development activities</li><li>Provide regular feedback on market trends, risks, and opportunities</li></ul>Profile<ul><li>A minimum of 4 year Experience in&nbsp;brand management, business development, or wholesale distribution is essential.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Commercially aware and results-driven</li><li>Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Experience in lifestyle, fashion, watches, or consumer goods.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with&nbsp;performance-based upside</li><li>Exposure to international brands and business development</li><li>Close collaboration with company leadership</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the business</li></ul>
