The Leptos Group has been a leading force in the Cyprus economy for over 65 years.Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development, construction, hotels, property management, travel, insurance brokerage, healthcare and education.Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit for Paphos, a&nbsp;Russian Speaking Promotion ExecutiveJob Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote properties to prospective clients through various channels</li><li>Coordinate property viewings and inspection appointments</li><li>Perform regular follow ups with previous leads</li><li>Provide timely and constructive feedback to managers</li><li>Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments</li><li>Maintain up to date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings</li><li>Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns</li></ul>Key competencies:<ul><li>Highly driven and ambitious, with a proactive approach to personal and team success</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>A positive and approachable personality</li><li>Excellent command of the Russian and English languages, both written and spoken</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems; prior experience with customer relationship management platforms is a distinct advantage&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Experience:<ul><li>While a formal degree is not a requirement for this position, it will be considered an advantage</li><li>Work permit for Cyprus&nbsp;</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive base salary and performance based monthly commission opportunities</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Fixed working hours with flexibility offered</li><li>Full training will be provided</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Apply with CV and include job title and Reference E001Email: <a href="mailto:vacancies@leptosestates.com">vacancies@leptosestates.com</a> All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence
