CORE JOB INFORMATIONDepartment: MaintenanceWorking hours:&nbsp;Full time – 40 hours per week – 5/6 days per weekPosition reports to: Chief Engineer&nbsp;The candidates should have:<ul><li>Technical School graduate with an obtained welding certificate.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician; having worked in a similar hotel/ environment will be considered an additional advantage,</li><li>Government accreditation as A/C technician will be considered a plus,</li><li>Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills.</li><li>Team spirit and pleasant personality.</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek or English.</li><li>Attention to detail and natural flair for first class service.</li><li>Able to build rapport, mutual trust, respect, cooperation and working relationships with people.</li><li>Able to work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Must possess a positive attitude, pleasant and friendly personality, fair, reliable, and polite.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Attractive salary package based on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Social insurance and other funds as legally defined.</li><li>Meals at work at the staff restaurant.</li></ul>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality.
