Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and sell residential and/or commercial property units to prospective clients</li><li>Handle inquiries, conduct site visits, and deliver professional property presentations</li><li>Advise clients on pricing, payment plans, legal processes, and project timelines</li><li>Prepare sales documentation, booking forms, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales performance</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and real estate agents</li></ul>&nbsp;Aftersales Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients after booking</li><li>Coordinate sales administration, contracts, and documentation with legal and finance teams</li><li>Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on construction progress</li><li>Coordinate unit handover, defect reporting, and resolution with relevant departments</li><li>Handle customer feedback, complaints, and post-handover support professionally</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related industry</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Well-organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously</li><li>Familiarity with property sales processes, contracts, and aftersales procedures is an advantage</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with commission and performance incentives</li><li>Provident Fund and 13th salary</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the property development industry</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment</li></ul>To Apply: Please send your CV to <a href="mailto:az@interlivinggroup.com">az@interlivinggroup.com</a> with the subject line “Sales and Aftersales Representative”.
