Group is a dynamic firm of professional accountants and seeking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Larnaca.Role Description •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies with accuracy and timeliness •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate with clients to collect, verify, and update payroll information •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain accurate payroll and employee records •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Process salary adjustments, back pay, and termination payments •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and submit statutory payroll returns (IR7, IR63) •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle registrations with Tax and Social Insurance Departments, including Ergani •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure correct calculation of payroll taxes and statutory contributions •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor compliance with payroll laws and reporting deadlines •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with month-end payroll consolidation and reporting Required Qualifications •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2-3 years of experience in payroll and or a related accounting role •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sound knowledge of payroll regulations, including Social Insurance services&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with payroll and accounting software (e.g. BTMS Payroll) •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Capable of working independently while also contributing as part of a team •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;IT literate, adaptable, and comfortable with digital systems •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High level of integrity with a proactive, positive attitude.
