Store & Branch Managers

Job description:The candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, monitoring store performance, maximizing sales of products and services, HR efficiency and providing excellent customer service, as well as booking and managing events which can take place inside the Center or outside.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>To provide excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Recruit, train, manage and evaluate employees.</li><li>To propose and implement business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, increase external activity and improve profitability and work based on Franchising standards and continuous improvement of KPI's.</li><li>Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.</li><li>To ensure the store's compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays along with prompt and efficient stock replenishment.</li><li>To undertake store management duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records and cash flows.</li><li>Strategize and oversee marketing, offline and digital activity in close collaboration with head office and partner agencies.</li><li>Organize various events inside and outside the store and provide feedback to head office for modifications and improvements for all aspects of operations.</li><li>To manage the cash register (POS) and the other software necessary for the smooth operation of the store.</li><li>To expand sales to corporate and schools.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications required:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any field.</li><li>Post graduate degree in management such as MBA, or Education, Science or Engineering will be considered an advantage.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a retail environment in a managerial role is required.</li><li>Strong leadership and client management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration package offered:&nbsp;An attractive pay package is offered, depending on qualifications and experience, including a 13th &nbsp;salary and the performance bonus.&nbsp;Contact:&nbsp;Candidates can send their CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:cscrecruiting04@gmail.com">cscrecruiting04@gmail.com</a> with the title ‘Store Manager’’.&nbsp;Your application will be treated strictly confidential.
