Medicover Laboratories is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational and quality performance of assigned laboratories and blood collection points across Cyprus. The role includes frequent site visits, team supervision, ISO procedure implementation/monitoring, and stock control across assigned locations. Key responsibilities<ul><li>Site supervision: Oversee assigned laboratories and blood collection points, ensuring smooth operations, consistent service quality, and adherence to company standards.</li><li>People management: Supervise, support, and guide people; promote a positive working environment; coordinate with site leads and escalate issues when needed.</li><li>Travel &amp; visits: Perform regular on-site visits across Cyprus to monitor performance, identify gaps, and support improvements (travel within Cyprus is required).</li><li>ISO &amp; quality compliance: Implement, monitor, and support compliance with ISO procedures, internal SOPs, and quality requirements; ensure documentation is properly maintained.</li><li>Stock monitoring: Monitor stock levels (consumables, collection materials, basic supplies) at each assigned location and ensure timely replenishment with minimal disruption.</li><li>Operational reporting: Track site KPIs, incidents/nonconformities, and improvement actions; prepare updates and reports for management.</li><li>Coordination: Collaborate with laboratory teams, quality, logistics/procurement, and operations to ensure consistency and fast issue resolution.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Experience in a laboratory setting is mandatory (clinical laboratory, blood collection point, or similar healthcare diagnostic environment).</li><li>Relevant degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with ISO implementation/monitoring is a strong advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple sites.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Driving license and willingness/ability to travel frequently within Cyprus.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer<ul><li>A dynamic role with responsibility and impact across multiple sites</li><li>Supportive team environment and professional development opportunities</li><li>Competitive remuneration package (based on experience)</li></ul>&nbsp;How to applyPlease send your CV to <a href="mailto:hr.synevo-cyprus@medicover.com">hr.synevo-cyprus@medicover.com</a>, with subject: PM2.
