LONDOU TRADING LTD, with Headquarters in Larnaca, exclusive agents and Distributors of well-known FMCG is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Manager to fulfill a job vacancy in the company.&nbsp;Qualification Requirements:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Public Relations or any other related to &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Sales field from an accredited College/University.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent Knowledge of the Food and Beverage Market.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least 5 years of prior work experience in a similar position, preferably in the Food and Beverage &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Sector.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organization, time management skills and high attention to detail.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A proven ability to achieve sales objectives/targets.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Self-motivated, pro-active, self-confident and a team player.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Able to motivate the team and lead by example.&nbsp;&nbsp;Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Sales Development Manager is responsible for the sales and development of all Customers and &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; the acquisition of new Customers in order to increase the customer base.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop, implement and maintain effective sales strategies, in accordance with the company’s &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;strategic objectives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Negotiate all trading terms and conditions, including agreements and promotions, with Customers, in &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;line with agreed sales budgets and subject to approval by the Sales Manager.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsible for the supervision and support of Sales force, merchandisers, promoters, and delivery &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; to increase performance levels.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Regular trade and customer visits/ market knowledge Trade data collection and retail audit &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; performance analysis.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sales Training &amp; Presentations, Promo Activities Evaluation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Understand the needs and preferences of customers and provide appropriate&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;product recommendations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and present product demonstrations and sales presentations to&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;potential customers and/or internal executives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;issues that may arise.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactively seek new business opportunities for growth in the market and&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;provide advice to the management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are being met and where &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;necessary the need for remedial actions is identified, reported and implemented.&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications, experience and personality.&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp;All applications should be forwarded by March 2nd, 2026 to the following email address: <a href="mailto:cvlondou@londou.com">cvlondou@londou.com</a> or by submitting it through our website <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.londou.com">www.londou.com</a>&nbsp;After collecting and evaluating the CVS we will contact candidates who meet the requirements of the position to set up a meeting for an interview.&nbsp;All applications will be treated in strict confidence&nbsp;
