Software QA & Testing

BTMS is looking for: • A full-time employee as a Software Implementor &amp; Support Consultant.&nbsp; • Someone willing to learn in depth our Accounting &amp; Payroll software solutions&nbsp; (full training will be provided)&nbsp; • Comfortable with daily communication with clients. (telephone, online support via AnyDesk &amp; TeamViewer or on-site visits to clients)&nbsp; • Able to explain software clearly and calmly to non-technical users.&nbsp; • Reliable, methodical &amp; able to follow processes while handling multiple support requests.&nbsp;Main responsibilities:&nbsp; • Provide daily telephone &amp; online support to existing clients.&nbsp; • Assist clients with software usage, issues, and basic troubleshooting.&nbsp; • Perform initial software implementations and user training (after onboarding period).&nbsp; • Visit existing / new clients on-site for implementation or extra training.&nbsp; • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.&nbsp;Skills &amp; background (important but not mandatory):&nbsp; • Basic accounting knowledge (strongly preferred)&nbsp; • Advanced accounting knowledge will be a significant advantage.&nbsp; • IT, software, or programming background is a strong plus.&nbsp; • Previous experience in software support, implementation, or training will be appreciated.&nbsp;Working conditions:&nbsp; • Office-based position only (no remote work).&nbsp; • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.&nbsp; o Lunch break: 13:00 – 14:00.&nbsp; • Client visits will be part of the role once the employee is ready.&nbsp; o Company car provided or travel expenses fully covered.&nbsp;What we offer:&nbsp; • Full training on our software solutions.&nbsp; • Competitive salary, based on experience and overall profile.&nbsp; • 22 days of annual leave.&nbsp; • 12 salaries per year (no 13th salary).&nbsp; • Stable, long-term position in a growing software company. &nbsp;
