Easy Apply <a href=" Easy Apply through https://www.konnekt.com/jobs/legal-jobs/litigation-lawyer/85290?utm_source=ergodotisi&amp;utm_medium=jobboard&amp;utm_campaign=feb_26">Here</a>&nbsp;On behalf of our client, a reputable law firm we are looking for a Junior Litigation Lawyer to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Interviews clients and witnesses to gather relevant information and evidence</li><li>Conducts legal research and analyzes and interprets laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to each case</li><li>Drafts and files legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals</li><li>Assists in preparing and presenting arguments in court, addressing judges, opposing counsel, and other parties</li><li>Supports the development of case strategies and provides legal advice to clients under supervision</li><li>Participates in settlement negotiations, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution processes</li><li>Collaborates with colleagues, experts, and consultants to support case preparation</li><li>Manages assigned case-related tasks, including documentation, deadlines, and court appearances</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills with clients and internal staff</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language is essential</li><li>Strong organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines</li><li>Professional demeanour and ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>Proficiency in legal research tools and software</li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>University Degree in Law</li><li>1–2 years of relevant working experience in litigation or legal practice</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Friendly working environment</li><li>Annual bar/license fees paid by the Firm</li><li>Learning &amp; Development Opportunities</li></ul>
