The role will also be responsible for the in-house corporate administration function.&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, lawyers, and banks</li><li>Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting</li><li>Support the CEO with personal and corporate financial administration</li><li>Manage day-to-day corporate administration for group entities</li><li>Maintain corporate records, company structures, and statutory documentation</li><li>Support compliance and AML-related processes</li><li>Assist in structuring and improving internal financial and administrative procedures</li><li>Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies when required</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Knowledge of corporate financial management and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a relevant role</li><li>Experience in corporate administration and company structuring</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and take initiative</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high dependability</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>CySEC AML certification will be considered a requirement or strong advantage</li><li>Hands-on mindset and willingness to support operational change when required</li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Dynamic and challenging work environment within a boutique firm</li><li>Opportunity to play a key role in developing and structuring the organization</li></ul>&nbsp;
