If you are motivated, organised, and confident engaging with clients in a fast-paced B2B environment, this opportunity could be an excellent step forward in your career.Key Responsibilities&nbsp;• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities• Convert qualified leads into long-term clients, meeting quarterly sales, gross profit, and turnover targets• Build and nurture strong client relationships to support retention and repeat business• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies• Manage the full sales cycle for exhibitions, fairs, and corporate events, including quoting, negotiations, and follow-ups• Support the team to ensure seamless coordination and timely deal closures• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners• Travel within Cyprus and overseas to explore market opportunities and attend industry events&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the events, marketing, or B2B services industry• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills• Strong strategic and analytical mindset• Results-oriented attitude with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems• Willingness to travel and represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry eventsRequirements<ul><li>Fluency in both Greek and English</li><li>Previous Experience in Sales and Business development role, ideally in Events Management</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Company Profit Sharing on acquired business leads</li><li>Communication Allowance</li></ul>
