We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled technician in the wider field of reinforced composite, plastic, and polyester resin materials to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative individual with a practical mindset and a strong background in hands-on workshop &amp; technical skills.&nbsp;Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare moulds and lay up composite materials, including carbon, aramid, fiberglass, and other technical fabrics.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle resin systems with precision, performing vacuum bagging, curing, and demoulding operations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Execute prototyping and small-batch production tasks, ensuring repeatable and high-quality results.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform pre- and post-processing of composite parts, including surface preparation, trimming, sanding, polishing, and finishing.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Safely and confidently operate power tools, workshop equipment, and specialized machinery.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interpret technical drawings and follow detailed manufacturing instructions accurately.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to company safety protocols.&nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong hands-on skills in workshop, fabrication, or technical environments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand or power tools.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attention to detail, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Willingness and ability to learn new materials and manufacturing processes quickly.&nbsp;Desirable Skills / Transferable Experience:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven professional experience in composite manufacturing.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in plastics, metalworking, woodworking, automotive repair, or 3D printing.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with measuring, cutting, shaping, and finishing materials accurately.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prior exposure to quality control or inspection processes.&nbsp;Salary and Benefits:A gross salary between € 14.400 and 18,000.00 per year depending on qualifications and experience. &nbsp;&nbsp;AmaDema offers a stimulating work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and attractive benefits, including 22 days of paid annual leave, Provident fund, Life Insurance etc.&nbsp;Application Instructions:If you are eager to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, and meet the qualifications outlined above, please submit the following documents to <a href="mailto:info@amdmcomposites.com">info@amdmcomposites.com</a>:1.
