GAP Vassilopoulos Group, a leading employer in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a highly organized and proactive International Fintech Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Head Offices in Nicosia. &nbsp;Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate onboarding processes for Retail Services agents, ensuring all documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately</li><li>Maintain and update master files, commission spreadsheets, onboarding trackers, and service databases</li><li>Communicate with internal teams, clients, management, BDMs, and external partners regarding onboarding progress, training schedules, documentation, and operational queries</li><li>Monitor, prepare, and process monthly commission calculations and payment schedules for Retail Services</li><li>Support BDMs with agent information, performance reports, and service-related updates</li><li>Ensure all agent records, contracts, and files are accurately organized and securely stored</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy</li><li>Strong communication skills in both Greek and English</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund (after completion of probation period)</li><li>Participation in the Loyalty Discount Scheme</li><li>Opportunity to participate in the ACCA Program</li></ul>Applications: Interested applicants should send their CVs to careers@gapgroup.com, quoting the reference code GAP-RSC-26 in the subject line.All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
