Manpower Cyprus is recruiting on behalf of a leading software development company in Nicosia for a full-time Software Implementor / Support Consultant to support and implement Accounting &amp; Payroll software solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, structured problem-solving, and learning software systems in depth.&nbsp;Key responsibilities<ul><li>Provide daily telephone and online support to existing clients (via AnyDesk/TeamViewer)</li><li>Guide clients on software usage, investigate issues, and perform basic troubleshooting</li><li>Assist with initial software implementations and deliver user training (after onboarding/training period)</li><li>Conduct on-site client visits for implementations and additional training when required</li><li>Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality ongoing support</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Willingness to learn the company’s Accounting &amp; Payroll solutions in depth (full training provided)</li><li>Comfortable communicating with clients daily, calmly and clearly, including non-technical users</li><li>Reliable, methodical, and able to follow processes while managing multiple support requests</li></ul>Skills &amp; background (preferred)<ul><li>Basic accounting knowledge (strongly preferred)</li><li>Advanced accounting knowledge will be a significant advantage</li><li>IT/software or programming background is a strong plus</li><li>Experience in software support, implementation, or user training will be considered an advantage</li></ul>Working conditions<ul><li>Office-based position in Nicosia (no remote work)</li><li>Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30, with lunch break 13:00–14:00</li><li>Client visits form part of the role once ready; company car provided or travel expenses fully covered</li></ul>What’s on offer<ul><li>Annual gross salary: &nbsp;€20,000 – €30,000 based on qualifications</li><li>Full training on software solutions</li><li>22 days annual leave</li><li>Stable, long-term role in a growing software company</li></ul>Apply&nbsp;Interested applicants should apply to the following link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://ffi.sh/uQuyS">https://ffi.sh/uQuyS</a>&nbsp;All applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.&nbsp;
