A leading international organization operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment is seeking an&nbsp;Executive Operations &amp; Business Support Assistant&nbsp;to the CEO. This is a trusted, high-exposure role for a professional who combines executive support with strong business acumen, reporting, and coordination capabilities. Executive Operations &amp; Business Support Assistant (6137/EOBSA/ESS/CY) Location:&nbsp;Larnaca, Cyprus. Role Overview: The role goes beyond diary management — it requires commercial awareness, confidence with data and reports, and comfort working closely with senior leadership on daily business priorities. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of coordination for the CEO, managing a complex calendar, priorities, meetings, and international travel.</li><li>Own executive-level communication: screen emails and calls, draft and review correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and briefing notes, supporting informed decision-making.</li><li>Coordinate business travel end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams, producing clear and structured itineraries.</li><li>Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and presentations; attend selected meetings, capture key actions, and track follow-ups.</li><li>Support the CEO with operational tracking, documentation, and ad-hoc analysis where required.</li><li>Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Liaise confidently with senior internal stakeholders and external partners on behalf of the executive.</li><li>Support internal initiatives, events, and special projects as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior PA or Business Support role.</li><li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate independently.</li><li>Comfortable working with reports, data, presentations, and Excel — not afraid of numbers or detail.</li><li>High level of tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Excel, presentations, digital tools).</li><li>Excellent Greek and English (written and verbal).</li><li>Professional, confident, discreet, and resilient in a demanding environment.</li><li>Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate with maturity and judgment.</li><li>Experience in a corporate, financial services, or regulated environment is an advantage.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>A high-trust role working closely with senior leadership</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>22 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days</li><li>Health &amp; life insurance</li><li>Learning and development allowance</li><li>Gym membership (Larnaca)</li><li>Birthday leave</li><li>4,5 day working week (during summer)</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17703752305880037257kXy?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
