The Nicosia office opened in 1998, we currently have over 340 dynamic employees – and are looking to have more to join our teams across various functions.&nbsp;Role in Brief&nbsp;Albourne Partner (Cyprus) Ltd is looking to expand the Investment Research team. The aim of the role is to work with Senior Investment Research Analysts with the preparation of research reports and produce reports on Hedge Fund and Private Market funds to expand Albourne’s coverage. We are looking for a committed, dedicated and self-motivated individual to fill the role.&nbsp;Insights to the Role<ul><li>Support Albourne’s Senior Investment Research Analysts with the preparation of research reports.</li><li>Review fund documents and write initial reports on Hedge Funds and Private Market funds (with emphasis on ESG, DEI and Digital Asset funds) to expand Albourne's coverage.</li><li>Review hedge fund newsletters and prepare newsletter summary reports.</li><li>Create watchlists based on fund participation at industry events to drive fund coverage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Database: To help ensure the internal database is maintained with up to date information, including relevant emails and records of meetings and calls</li><li>Timeliness: Meet deadlines imposed by management and clients.</li><li>Other projects: Any other adhoc projects as requested by Head of Hedge Fund IDD or Daily line manager.</li><li>Represent Albourne well: Act as an ambassador for Albourne at industry events.</li><li>Compliance: Report potential conflicts to compliance and work with compliance to ensure that conflict disclosures appear on written research reports</li></ul>&nbsp;Who You Are<ul><li>University graduate or equivalent</li><li>Fluent English and Computer literacy skills are a prerequisite</li><li>Some relevant prior work experience: knowledge or experience of alternative assets would be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong written communication skills</li><li>Proactive self-starter, proficient time management and multi-tasking</li><li>Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Systems literacy (MS Office, Excel)</li><li>Travel (occasional)</li><li>Abide by Albourne Group’s policies and procedures.</li><li>Comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manuals</li><li>Complete relevant Albourne Certificates</li><li>Attend company Offsites</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Fully paid Medical and Dental Insurance for you and your dependents</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Provident Fund Contribution</li><li>Career growth and tools for ongoing learning and development</li><li>Annual bonus dependent upon performance and company growth</li><li>5 additional service recognition holidays in surplus to standard annual leave after 5 years of service</li><li>Albourne Training Days</li><li>Free office parking</li></ul>&nbsp;What You’ll Enjoy<ul><li>A supportive, multi-cultural work environment</li><li>Freedom to work independently, problem-solve and come up with creative solutions to complete tasks within required deadlines</li><li>Explore different roles within Albourne after you master your current role.
