This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and with strong organisational skills to join a dynamic fast-paced environment.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Deliver excellent customer service and support.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage customer reservations and bookings using the company’s rental system.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate and communicate vehicle availability to customers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle rental agreements, including vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection efficiently.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals; report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process rental payments, deposits, and refunds.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, or disputes in a polite and efficient manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the rental system.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure that the vehicles are clean, well-maintained and ready for rental at all times.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform any other duties as required by management in line with operational needs.&nbsp;Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Proficient computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Previous experience in customer services and in reservations systems will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible days and hours.</li><li>Hold a valid driving license.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>An attractive and competitive salary package that recognizes your skills and contributions.</li><li>A friendly and professional working environment that respects and values its employees while supporting their learning and development.</li><li>Exclusive staff discounts on rental services.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses (individual or team-based) and commissions.</li></ul>Think you’re the perfect fit and ready to join our team?
