Successful candidates will work in the Administration Department of ‎the company and will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in our ‎state-of-the-art facility in Nicosia.&nbsp;This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career and is ready to step into a dynamic environment.&nbsp;Job Summary:The Human Resources Specialist will provide administrative support and assist in employees’ queries. Process employee data, update company policies, assist in the hiring process, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Be involved in recruitment process by providing administrative support, including assisting in preparation of job descriptions, posting job ads, candidate screening, communication and coordinating the hiring process</li><li>Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance</li><li>On-boarding training to new hires to adhere with company accreditations</li><li>Track and update employees’ training records and assist in organization and execution of Induction training</li><li>Maintaining and updating employee physical and digital records</li><li>Manage and keep up to date the Human Resources Management Software</li><li>Liaise with the HRDA for funded training and employee sponsorships and employment subsidies</li><li>Ensure staff welfare and administration-centered activities</li><li>Respond to employees’ and collaborators’ queries</li><li>Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems</li><li>Prepare administrative and statistical reports on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department, expenses, and departmental budgets</li><li>Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies</li><li>Organize a filing system for important and confidential employees’ documents</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Profile:We are looking for someone with genuine care and passion for people, positive energy and willingness to grow.<ul><li>BSc/BA/MSc in Business Administration or Human Resources or a related field</li><li>Some experience in HR is an advantage, but not essential</li><li>Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proactive and motivated with a relaxed and positive attitude</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail</li><li>Strong ethics and reliability</li><li>Self-motivated, competent in prioritizing and working with&nbsp;little&nbsp;supervision</li><li>Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training &amp; development etc.)</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications &amp; experience, including 13th salary</li><li>One afternoon off per week</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Increased vacation days according to years of employment (21 – 25 days)</li><li>Paid sick days</li><li>Hybrid working after the completion of the probation period</li><li>Interesting and dynamic job in a growing, entrepreneurial work environment within an international team</li><li>A friendly and respectful departmental and working atmosphere, as well as an open communication culture and team events</li><li>Unique career development and advancement opportunities withing a global organization</li></ul>&nbsp;If so, this role at Medicover is the right choice for you and if you are interested in applying, please send your CV (in English) to <a href="mailto:hr.cy@medicover.com">hr.cy@medicover.com</a>, with subject 2026/01 HR Specialist, the latest by March 10th, 2026.
