We are looking for a well-organised and reliable Office Administrator &amp; KYC Specialist to join our team.This role combines office administration with involvement in client KYC processes and general compliance support. It is suitable for candidates with some relevant exposure or a strong willingness to learn in a professional services environment. &nbsp;Key responsibilities<ul><li>Provide day-to-day office administration and operational support to management and the team</li><li>Assist management with ad-hoc administrative and operational requirements</li><li>Support client onboarding and KYC procedures, including collection and organisation of documentation</li><li>Maintain and update client KYC files and internal records</li><li>Assist with basic compliance and AML-related tasks under guidance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in office administration</li><li>Understanding of KYC and AML processes will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>A supportive and structured working environment</li><li>Exposure to client onboarding and compliance processes</li><li>Training and development in KYC and compliance matters</li><li>Competitive remuneration package based on experience</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested, please send your application at <a href="mailto:info@exectus.com.cy">info@exectus.com.cy</a> .
