This role is ideal for a capable sales and relationship-management professional with a strong business mindset who can build strategic partnerships with organizations, promote the University’s executive training and consulting services, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality programs.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with companies and organizations for corporate training programs and consulting engagements.</li><li>Generate leads and actively manage a corporate sales pipeline.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term partners.</li><li>Own partnership development from first contact through agreement signing.</li><li>Actively promote the University’s executive education and consulting services to prospective and existing corporate clients.</li><li>Lead proposal development, solution design, and pricing coordination.</li><li>Apply a consultative selling approach to understand client challenges and translate them into learning or consulting solutions.</li><li>Present programs and services through client meetings, presentations, and tailored proposals.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and sustainable collaborations.</li><li>Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, skills gaps, and emerging training needs.</li><li>Coordinate and oversee the delivery of training programs and consulting projects, ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with client objectives.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate closely with faculty and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality training content and program design align with client expectations and business needs.</li><li>Work with the Marketing Unit to attract new clients and support the development of promotional material for corporate and executive education activities.</li><li>Collect and analyze client and participant feedback, proposing improvements where necessary.</li><li>Stay informed about developments and best practices in corporate learning, executive education, and professional training.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Solid project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into business opportunities.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach.</li></ul>Experience and Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management/Business, or a related field will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Minimum of&nbsp;3 years’ experience&nbsp;in business development, sales, partnerships, or marketing/communications roles.</li><li>Proven track record in managing and developing corporate partnerships.</li><li>Fluency in both&nbsp;Greek and English&nbsp;is mandatory.
