Industry: Real Estate / PropertyKey responsibilities: • Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategies. • Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns within the allocated budget. • Build and maintain professional relationships with local and international partners to expand the company’s network. • Collaborate with designers to create advertising materials and content for websites, brochures, catalogues, and other promotional tools. • Coordinate with designers, illustrators, photographers, production companies, and other participants involved in marketing campaigns. • Perform search engine optimization (SEO) activities in collaboration with IT specialists using various techniques. • Review, edit, and proofread existing content in English and Russian, ensuring accuracy in spelling and grammar.&nbsp;Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing (preferably in the real estate/property sector). • Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Russian (knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage). • Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented, friendly, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Valid work permit for Cyprus.&nbsp;Benefits: • Performance-based bonus scheme • Flexible working hours&nbsp;Remuneration: Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.&nbsp;How to apply: Please, send your CV to email: hr@vizusconsult.com &nbsp;
