AIR CONTROL LTD, a leading Mechanical Contractor in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Draftsperson to join our Nicosia Drafting Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate shop drawings to support the Installation Works for the projects we undertake.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems using AutoCAD.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards and codes.</li><li>Develop coordinated drawings, ensuring clash-free designs between services.</li><li>Coordinate Mechanical layouts with Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Interior Design.</li><li>Apply value engineering and cost optimization technics.</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files with revisions for all projects.</li><li>Reports to the Head of Drafting Department.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Accredited Building Services Degree or Higher educational qualification in Mechanical or other relevant field.</li><li>Experience in Building Services (Plumbing &amp; HVAC).</li><li>Highly competent in 2D AutoCAD (experience in working with Xrefs and Layouts).&nbsp;</li><li>Competence in 3D (Revit) will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Competent in MS-Office.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.</li></ul>Remuneration:An attractive package will be offered to the successful candidate according to the qualifications and experience.&nbsp;All applications will be treated in strict confidence.&nbsp;Applications accompanied by a CV should be sent to the e-mail careers@aircontrol.com.cy with the subject MECHANICAL ENGINEER - DRAFTING DEPARTMENT.
