The Company &nbsp;Bohopo is a Cyprus-headquartered Private Equity Real Estate &amp; Hospitality Investments platform. The company specializes in acquiring, repurposing, repositioning, and retrofitting redundant real estate assets in the city centers of key European cities.Bohopo transforms these properties into high-quality boutique hotels and operates them across its growing portfolio, currently located in Athens, Brussels, Milan, and Porto. The PositionWe are looking for a Sales &amp; Reservations Manager to oversee and optimize sales performance and reservations operations across our multi-property hotel portfolio.This role is central to Bohopo’s commercial strategy and requires close collaboration with local hotel managers, OTA partners, and distribution channels to maximize revenue, occupancy, and rate integrity.&nbsp;Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:<ul><li>Managing and coordinating reservations activity across all properties</li><li>Monitoring booking pace, pickup, cancellations, and demand trends</li><li>Developing and executing consistent rate strategies and inventory control</li><li>Creating and managing rate plans across all channels (BAR, non-refundable, mobile, packages, corporate, long-stay, etc.)</li><li>Implementing dynamic pricing adjustments based on demand, seasonality, events, and market conditions</li><li>Overseeing yield and distribution strategies to maximize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR</li><li>Managing availability, restrictions, and ensuring rate parity across distribution platforms</li><li>Maintaining accurate channel mapping, inventory, and content across OTAs and booking systems</li><li>Leading relationships with OTA account managers and coordinating regular performance calls</li><li>Supporting promotional campaigns and ensuring correct execution across channels</li><li>Producing weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key commercial KPIs</li><li>Identifying opportunities, risks, and underperformance, and proposing corrective actions</li></ul>Skills/Qualifications/Experience&nbsp;The ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Proven experience in hotel sales, reservations, or revenue management</li><li>Multi-property experience considered a strong advantage</li><li>Strong understanding of OTA platforms, channel managers, and PMS systems</li><li>Excellent analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on revenue optimization</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to work across multiple countries and teams</li><li>Confident communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus</li></ul>Location: The position is for the offices of Bohopo&nbsp;&nbsp;in Nicosia, Cyprus&nbsp;Remuneration:&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.&nbsp;TO APPLY CLICK <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://app.ismartrecruit.com/jobDescription?x=E7pcmVkaHJzb2x1dGlvbnMubmV0Xzg4NF9QUk9NT1RFVVJMX2VuQ9e">HERE</a>
