Our WeeDRIVE buses pick-up and drop-oﬀ teens safely and on-time.To keep the pace and communicate to teens and their parents everything about WeeDRIVE, we arelooking for a Social Media &amp; Content Creator .WeeDRIVE is oﬀered by MaaSLab is a pioneer research-based company focusing on developingcuting-edge solutions, platforms and studies for making the transport sector and our citiessustainable and climate neutral. MaaSLab started its operations in an academic environment inLondon, and after almost 10 years of operations, it has now established itself as an independentresearch and technology institute in Limassol, Cyprus. MaaSLab is a unique multidisciplinaryenvironment where economists, engineers, mathematicians, software developers, data and socialscientists blend to set the pace through innovations and enable outstanding achievements. After all,behind every successful company are many great fascinating people who share the same vision.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities•&nbsp;Create, edit, and proofread content across digital and oﬄine channels (social, web,videos, email, print materials).•&nbsp;Create short-form videos for social media including onsite content creation.•&nbsp;Monitor trends and audience insights to generate creative content ideas, digitalinitiatives and short-form videos to keep company’s content relevant and high-performing.•&nbsp;Coordinate with teen creators, parents and WeeDRIVE crew for content.•&nbsp;Manage social platforms: content planning, scheduling, publishing, and basiccommunity management (comments/DMs).•&nbsp;Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services(launch, promos, referrals, partnerships).•&nbsp;Maintain content calendars and support broader campaign planning with the team.•&nbsp;Support SEO and SEM initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team (contentoptimisation, keyword-aligned posts, landing page support; paid ads a plus).•&nbsp;Monitor, analyse, and optimise content and campaign performance using data-driveninsights and reporting to improve results (reach, engagement, growth,clicks/conversions).&nbsp;Requirements•&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media/PR, Journalism, or a relatedfield (being close to graduation is also accepted).•&nbsp;Fluent Greek and English is a must.•&nbsp;Excellent short-form video editing skills.•&nbsp;Creative &amp; resourceful.•&nbsp;Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to managemultiple priorities and deadlines, and work independently within a start-up setting.•&nbsp;Working experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation and socialmedia management would be appreciated.•&nbsp;Proven experience managing social media for a brand/startup.&nbsp;What we oﬀer•&nbsp;Competitive salary depending on the CV, experience and qualifications.•&nbsp;Technical equipment (laptop, mobile phone, screens and whatever else is needed toenable your work).•&nbsp;Performance BonusMore Perks &amp; Benefits•&nbsp;27 days paid annual leave•&nbsp;16 National holidays•&nbsp;Parental leave•&nbsp;Team bonding activities•&nbsp;Training opportunities and professional growth&nbsp;Interview process-&nbsp;Step 1: Initial Interview-&nbsp;Step 2: Practical/Test task-&nbsp;Step 3: Final Interview-&nbsp;Step 4: Offer&nbsp;Application: Submit your CV describing also relevant experience to the requirements:info@maaslab.org | Submission of portfolio/proof of work would be appreciated.
