Who We AreWe are a dynamic real estate development and construction company in Limassol, managing multiple residential projects from land acquisition to construction, sales, and property management.&nbsp;We are seeking a highly organized and financially capable Office Administrator / Back-Office Manager to bring structure, control, and accountability to our operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a key operational role, not a basic administrative position, with direct involvement in financial management and office operations.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee day-to-day office operations, administration, and internal coordination·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage office procurement and supplies·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support leadership with meeting coordination and executive administration·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage bookkeeping functions, including invoices, reconciliations, and financial records·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review and monitor subcontractor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate payments and liaise with external accountants and financial partners·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage import processes and logistics for construction materials·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support management with financial reporting and operational tracking·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide administrative and compliance support to project managers and internal teamsRequired Qualifications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven hands-on bookkeeping experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of financial workflows·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organizational and multitasking ability·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High attention to detail and accountability·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projectsStrong Advantages·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in real estate development or construction·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with accounting software·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Additional language skillsWhat We Offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive salary based on experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Long-term growth within a structured company·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Direct involvement in real estate development projects·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional and performance-driven environmentHow to ApplySend your CV and cover letter to: <a href="mailto:hello@berkos.co">hello@berkos.co</a>&nbsp; Subject Line: Office Administrator Application – Limassol Only candidates meeting the financial and bookkeeping criteria will be considered.&nbsp;
